Building your first meetings with Trackmeet
Whether you're planning for your next test flight or meeting with your project team, Trackmeet's here to help.
Welcome to the first section of the Trackmeet getting started guide!
In this section, we're going to show you how to create your first agenda and send notifications.
Create a new meeting
When you signed up with your Google or Office 365 credentials, your calendar became available in Trackmeet - front and center! Select an existing meeting and we'll add an agenda to it. (Didn't connect your calendar? Configure it in Settings)
To create a new meeting, just tap a "+" button on a specific day or at the bottom of the dashboard.
Setting meeting details
Tap on the meeting title to update your meeting subject, its time and date, location and attendees.
Notifying attendees about your meeting
There are a few different ways to notify your attendees about a Trackmeet meeting:
- Send a link to your meeting via email or instant message. Tap the "Share" icon and select "Get link" to copy a link to your meeting to the clipboard.
- Post the agenda to a Slack DM or channel. Tap the "Share" icon and then export the agenda to Slack.
- Send an email notification. Tap the agenda options menu and select "Send notification".
Now's a great time to add a checklist!
Checklists provide a nice way to check items off as you work through them before or during a meeting. Need attendees to perform a bunch of things before a meeting starts? Create a checklist. Need to work through a laundry list of items during your meeting? Create a checklist.
Add checklists from the blue "+" button located at the bottom of your meeting.Next up: Adding meeting content
